Wild Orange is a wonderful oil to use daily. I will pour one to two drops in about a quart jar of water and drink usually about two of those a day. I do drink water without oils throughout the day too! Wild orange quickly became one of my favorite for it's energizing and mood lifting qualities. I think orange flavored water is amazing!
So far that is the only way I use Wild orange daily. I also diffuse occasionally.

Some practical ways to use Wild Orange
Obviously I have have yet a lot of experimenting to do! Having a three and two year old and a 4 month old doesn't leave much time for play!!!
